Maggie (one of our neighbors) in a swing. . imagine that she got queasy after playing for a while?!?!? She was swinging around so fast in that thing it made me sick watching. She is one brave cookie!

All the parents found the following picture mind boggling. . how do two people get ~15 kids to follow directions when it is nearly impossible to get the two that live in our house to listen as well!

At the end, Chloe passed out her party favors to all her friend. . sock monkeys (hand made by Mommy, Grannie, Ms Judy, Aunt Antsy, Aunt Kim and even Daddy helped).

The FIRST of THREE celebrations of Chloe's Third Birthday. . .PaPa, Aunt "Antsy" and Gram-Gram were in town for the weekend. We opted for a family birthday party for Chloe. PaPa holding Chloe up to blow her candles out while we sing Happy Birthday. . .

She huffs and puffs and blows all three candles out. . . .

but one small problem. . .per Gram Gram, we did not sing the second verse of Happy Birthday!

Therefore, let's try that one more time. . . .





Finally, we got it right (and Chloe blew out all the candles AGAIN)!



Chloe's Coupe from Grannie and PaPa (at least the Coupe body while PaPa was putting the pedal car together). Zachary kept offering to sit inside the car and watch it for Chloe to ensure that no one else would sit in her new car. . .I guess that was his way of negotiating his turn to sit in the car. The car was a hit, however, the box that it arrived in was pretty exciting for the four kids. They had many hours of laughter (and tears) with that box.

Now you are probably wondering when Birthday Celebration number THREE will occur? Well, Chloe's actual birthday is Tuesday. . she has requested a cake with applesauce on top? Not sure exactly what that means, but I am sure it will be rather easy to make. We can hardly believe our little girl is THREE! She has been trying to be three since the cruise (so she could play in the Fun Factory), so I am certain this time could not have come fast enough. The older she gets, the more fun she becomes. She loves anything that is pink and like a princess. . she loves clothes, shoes and everything that is girly! Best part, she loves hanging out with her brother. It is great watching them learn, play and grow together!
